- Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or high-altitude locations may require additional transit time.
- Estimates: Please note that timelines are estimates and may be influenced by public holidays, environmental factors, or courier delays.
3.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We believe in transparency - Regal Enterprises does not mark up shipping charges; you pay exactly what the courier charges us.
3.4 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
3.5 Damaged or Defective Items
Important: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@regalenterprises.co.in.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind."
