3.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship PAN India - to all states and union territories across India.
3.2 Delivery Timeframes
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Remote or high-altitude locations may require additional transit time.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural events, or courier delays.
3.3 Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are borne by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
• Regal Enterprises does not mark up shipping charges - you pay exactly what the courier charges us.
3.4 Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
3.5 Damaged or Defective Items
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@regalenterprises.co.in.
• Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
