Warranty Policy

At Regal Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of every product we supply. Our warranty is our promise that what you receive will perform as expected  and if it doesn't, we will make it right.

All Regal Enterprises LED display products are covered by a limited 6-Month Warranty from the date of invoice.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty Coverage by Product

The following products are covered under our standard 6-month limited warranty from the date of invoice, against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions:

• LED Frame (LED Strips)  :  6 Months Warranty

• Table Top Battery Unit  : 6 Months Warranty

• Fabric Light Box LED Strips  :  6 Months Warranty

Warranty coverage begins from the date of invoice and applies to defects arising from manufacturing faults or component failure under normal operating conditions.

2. WHAT IS COVERED

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in LED strips, driver components, or battery units.

• LED pixel failure above a defined threshold, as assessed by our technical team.

• Controller malfunctions arising from manufacturing faults.

• Power supply issues caused by component defects under normal operating conditions.

• Premature failure of LED components within the warranty period.

• Faulty battery performance in Table Top Battery units within the warranty period.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by impact, mishandling, dropping, or improper installation.

• Damage caused by power surges or high voltage fluctuations.

• Water damage on indoor-rated units not designed for outdoor or wet environments.

• Damage resulting from use of incorrect power supply or voltage.

• Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering with the product.

• Wear and tear from use beyond recommended operating hours.

• Damage caused by dust, moisture, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

• Consumable parts such as fabric panels or frames showing normal wear.

4. HOW TO CLAIM

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:

• Step 1 : Email us at support@regalenterprises.co.in within the warranty period.

• Step 2 : Include your order number, product name, date of purchase, and a description of the defect.

• Step 3 : Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the defect.

• Step 4 : Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and advise on next steps.

5. WARRANTY RESOLUTION

Warranty Resolution

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Regal Enterprises will, at its discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement of the defective component or product.

• Repair of the defective unit.

• Refund of the product value, where replacement or repair is not feasible.

All warranty resolutions will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. Return shipping of defective items (if required) will be arranged and covered by Regal Enterprises.

6. IMPORTANT NOTES

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Warranty claims must be raised within the 6-month warranty period from the date of invoice. Claims raised after expiry will not be entertained.

• Regal Enterprises reserves the right to assess and determine whether a defect falls within warranty coverage.
