Warranty Policy
At Regal Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of every product we supply. Our warranty is our promise that what you receive will perform as expected and if it doesn't, we will make it right.
1. Warranty Coverage
The following products are covered under our standard limited warranty from the date of invoice, against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions:

2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in LED strips, driver components, or battery units.
- LED pixel failure above a defined threshold.
- Controller malfunctions arising from manufacturing faults.
- Power supply issues and premature component failure.
- Faulty battery performance within the warranty period.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by impact, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Damage caused by power surges or high voltage fluctuations.
- Water damage on indoor-rated units.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering.
- Wear and tear from use beyond recommended operating hours.
- Damage caused by dust, moisture, or extreme environmental conditions.
4. How to Make a Claim
- Email us at support@regalenterprises.co.in within the warranty period.
- Include your order number, product name, date of purchase, and description.
- Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
5. Resolution
Upon approval, Regal Enterprises will, at its discretion, offer repair, replacement of the component, or a refund if repair is not feasible. All resolutions are provided at no additional cost, including return shipping.
